CS Digital ("we", "us", "our"), operating whatsp.app, provides the whatsp.app website and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — Email address and password, or Google account info if you use Continue with Google; name (optional); preferred language and billing preferences.
  • Store and business information — Store name, slug, description, category, address, hours, logo/cover images; WhatsApp phone number and default message; product catalog and customer reviews (if you use storefront features).
  • Usage and analytics — When someone visits your branded link or storefront, we may log event type, IP address, approximate location (country/city), device type, browser, referrer URL, and timestamp.
  • Payment information — Paid plans are processed by Razorpay (INR, USD, EUR, and GBP). We store subscription IDs and plan status; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data — Cookies and session tokens for authentication; server logs for security and debugging.

  • Provide and improve the service
  • Authenticate you and manage your account
  • Process subscriptions and send billing-related communications
  • Show analytics to store owners
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If you are in the EU/UK, we process data based on: contract performance, legitimate interests (security, analytics for store owners), and consent where required.

We share data only as needed with service providers:

  • Supabase — hosting, database, authentication
  • Razorpay — payment processing
  • Google — optional sign-in
  • ipwho.is — approximate geolocation from IP for analytics
  • Our hosting provider — application delivery

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

  • Account and store data — Kept while your account is active; deleted when you delete your account or store, subject to backup cycles.
  • Click/analytics events — Retained per your plan (typically 30 days; up to 90 days on Pro), then deleted by automated retention jobs.
  • Billing records — Retained as required by tax and accounting laws.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact help@whatsp.app to exercise these rights.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

whatsp.app is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.
