whatsp.app is an all-in-one WhatsApp link tool for businesses. Create free click-to-chat links and QR codes, claim a short branded link like whatsp.app/yourbrand, publish a product storefront, track analytics, and invite team editors on Pro — without using the official WhatsApp Business API.

No. whatsp.app is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, or their subsidiaries. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp’s terms when messaging customers.

Branded links

A branded link is a short URL on whatsp.app — for example whatsp.app/yourstore — that redirects visitors to your WhatsApp chat. Starter plans and above can claim a slug and track basic analytics on that link.
Sign up, upgrade to Starter or above, then go to Dashboard → Link. Search for an available slug, confirm it, and your branded link goes live. Some slugs are reserved for brands; contact help@whatsp.app if you believe you own a reserved name.
Yes. From Dashboard → Link you can rename your slug if the new name is available. The old URL stops working immediately, so update any printed materials or listings.
If a paid subscription ends or is downgraded to Free, your branded link may stop redirecting and the slug can be released after a grace period. Features above your new plan are disabled per our Terms of Service.

Plans & billing

Free — link generator, QR, Markdown/HTML copy, 10 saved links. Starter — branded whatsp.app link, basic analytics, HTML embed, batch links, unlimited cloud history. Growth — public storefront, up to 50 products, reviews, Google-indexable page. Pro — up to 300 products, verified badge eligibility, 3 staff editors, 90-day analytics, CSV export, priority support.
Growth adds a full storefront with up to 50 products and reviews. Pro raises the product limit to 300, unlocks advanced 90-day analytics, CSV export, up to 3 staff logins, verified badge applications, and priority support.
Go to Dashboard → Billing to change plans or cancel. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated in our Refund Policy.
INR subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. Other currencies are processed by Stripe. We store subscription status and IDs — not full card numbers.
Refunds may be granted at our discretion for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by law. See our Refund Policy or email help@whatsp.app within 14 days of a charge.

Storefront & products

On Growth and Pro, your branded link becomes a public mini-site: business info, hours, product catalog, and reviews — each with a button that opens WhatsApp. Visitors reach it at whatsp.app/yourslug.
Growth allows up to 50 active products. Pro allows up to 300. Free and Starter plans do not include a product catalog storefront.
Growth and Pro storefronts are designed to be indexable so search engines can discover your public whatsp.app page. Actual ranking depends on your content and SEO.
On Growth and Pro you can collect and display customer testimonials on your storefront. Manage them from Dashboard → Reviews.
Pro store owners can apply for a verified badge shown on their public page. Submit business details from Dashboard → Link; our team reviews applications manually.

Analytics

We track events such as store views and WhatsApp chat clicks. Starter includes basic totals; Growth adds more dashboard views; Pro adds traffic sources, devices, peak hours, top cities, and top products over 90 days.
Free through Growth plans retain analytics for 30 days. Pro retains up to 90 days. Older events are removed automatically.
Pro plan owners can export raw analytics events as CSV from Dashboard → Analytics.

Team & editors

Only the store owner on an active Pro plan can invite editors. Staff cannot invite others or access billing.
From Dashboard → Team, enter the editor’s email and send an invite. Copy the generated link and share it. The invitee must log in (or sign up) with that exact email, then open the link to accept.
Editors can manage products, storefront settings, and working hours. They cannot access billing, change plans, invite other editors, or claim a separate store on the same account.
The invite is tied to a specific email address for security. If they sign in with a different email, the accept link will not work.
Each account is designed to either own a store or edit someone else’s — not both. Use an email address that does not already have a store associated with it when inviting an editor.

Account & support

On the login page, click Forgot password and enter your account email. You’ll receive a reset link if the address is registered. Google sign-in users should continue using Continue with Google.
Email help@whatsp.app with your account email, store slug (if any), and a clear description of the issue. We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Visit the Contact page for billing and refund questions.
