Refund Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions on whatsp.app (Starter, Growth, and Pro plans).

By subscribing, you also agree to our Terms of Service and the terms of our payment processors (Razorpay and/or Stripe).

2. Free plan

The Free plan does not involve payment and is not eligible for refunds.

3. Subscription billing

  • Paid plans bill in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless stated below.

4. When refunds may be granted

We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Technical issues on our side that prevented meaningful use of paid features for a sustained period
  • Billing errors verified by our team
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection law

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, unused time after cancellation, or downgrade to a lower plan mid-cycle.

5. How to request a refund

Email help@whatsp.app within 14 days of the charge with your account email, plan name, payment date, and reason for the request.

We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

6. How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe.
  • Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
  • If a refund is issued, access to paid features may be revoked immediately or at the end of the refunded period.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
